What you need: 

1 cup butter, softened 

2 cups Sugar or coconut sugar 

2 eggs 

4 sq (1 oz each) unsweetened chocolate, melted and cooled 

2 tsp vanilla extract 

2 ¼ cups Teff Flour – 1 tsp baking soda – 1 tsp salt 

¼ tsp. ground cinnamon 

2 cups chopped walnuts 

DIRECTIONS: 

In mixing bowl, cream butter and sugar. Add eggs, one at a time beating well after each addition. Beat in chocolate & vanilla. 

Combine, Flour, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, gradually add to creamed mixture. Stir in walnuts. Drop by TBSP 2 inch apart on ungreased baking sheets. 

Bake @375 degrees for 10-12 minutes. Remove to wire rack to cool. Yield 4 dozen
